Welcome to Creative Feelings

A workshop that helps you become your best creative self, and helps your organisation build a culture of creative thinking.

What you get

Creativity training for the 21st century organisations.

Embraces the chaos

The chaos of creativity is addressed. We don't hide the reality of creativity behind a false structure.

Built around your team

Customised to your organisation's needs. Suitable for a single department or an inter-departmental session.

Real problems, not imagined ones

Based on an actual everyday problem or challenge you're facing, not a hypothetical.

Warm-up before the work

Team-building and ice-breaking sessions included, so participants feel comfortable and ready to open up.

What it's actually for

Most creative people in the world are not that different from you.

They just have the courage to experiment with different ways of thinking, accept failure and repeat the process without giving up. The workshop is designed to enable you and your team to build a culture that allows these moments to emerge frequently.

FTS Cards — the proprietary thinking methods deck

What it is

Our proprietary card deck of thinking methods is designed to unlock your team's most creative potential.

The cards help you break through your habitual thought patterns, give you new perspectives, leverage your practical constraints, explore multi sensory thinking and connect to new ideas.

How it happens

In the workshop every participant becomes the hero of their creative adventure.

Like in every good story they face challenges, push their limits of thinking, learn new ways of knowing, and conquer new ideas that they thought was impossible. When they leave the room, they know they can do it again.

Alen Tom, creative learning partner

Meet your creative learning partner

Alen Tom spent 15 years in advertising and brand management before retiring early to dedicate his life to understanding the secret of creativity.

He developed the deck of creative prompt cards, along with the other resources used in this workshop, after four years of research — built to help an organisation or individual build their own creative lifestyle. He doesn't consider himself a teacher, but a lifelong learner. His workshops are an attempt to learn together, on the path of creativity.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is Creative Feelings™?

It is a workshop that trains people in different thinking methods that enable creative problem solving.

Why should I attend?
  • In IBM's global study of 1,500 CEOs, creativity ranked as the single most important leadership quality — ahead of integrity and discipline.
  • As AI takes over routine tasks, creativity becomes the key differentiator for personal and professional growth.
How is it different from other workshops?
  • The interactive workshop uses a proprietary process of problem definition and idea generation.
  • The problem is a real problem from your life, not a hypothetical one.
  • The effects of the workshop sustain because this is a practicable process, not just a day of motivation.
Can creativity be taught?

No. But creativity can be learned. The trainer is not a teacher — he is a co-learner. He shares a method and process for learning creativity, based on his research and practical experience. Depending on your desire and need, you will be able to learn creativity.

What happens at the end of the workshop?

Your brain experiences crossing the limits of everyday thinking, learns new ways of looking at problems, and picks up different methods of idea generation — all of which are repeatable skills.

How does a participant continue learning creativity after the workshop?
  • Use the process experienced in the workshop on a different problem.
  • Learn more methods of thinking to expand the process.
  • Use multi-disciplinary knowledge systems to create the right conditions for the brain to turn creative problem solving into a habit.
